Registration
Registration to the 7th SPPS PhD Student Conference is open from the 1st of February to the 11th of June 2012.
Registrations cancelled before 11.06.2012 will be fully refunded. A partial refund (50%) will be offered if your registration is cancelled between 12.06.2012 and 31.07.2012. Any cancellations after 31.07.2012 will NOT be refunded.
Registration fee (SPPS member/non-member):
double room – 350€/450€
single room – 480€/580€
without accommodation – 225€/325€
Registration for the conference is by ONLINE REGISTRATION.
During the registration process, you will create a personal account, which can be used to edit your information later, if needed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after registering. Abstract can be uploaded later, until 11th of June 2012. Payment for the conference must be done within 2 weeks after your online registration, otherwise your registration will not be valid. Payment can be made via bank transfer (see below for details) or via credit card payment from your SPPS membership page
In order to pay with credit card you first need to register yourself as an SPPS member. After that you can pay conference registration fee (you do not have to pay SPPS membership fee if you do not wish to do that). However, only if you have also paid SPPS membership fees for years 2011 and 2012, you can get the SPPS member discount of the conference registration fee.

Abstracts
Abstracts for poster or oral presentations should be submitted online by 11th of June 2012. Abstracts must be submitted in English and should be maximum 2000 characters (with spaces). Abstracts must include following sections:
- Title
- Author(s) (underline the presenting author, last name in CAPITALS)
- Institution
- Abstract text
- References
Oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts. There will be prizes for the best poster and oral presentations.
