Registration

 

Registration to the 7th SPPS PhD Student Conference is open from the 1st of February to the 31st of May 2012.

 

Registrations cancelled before 31.05.2012 will be fully refunded. A partial refund (50%) will be offered if your registration is cancelled between 01.06.2012 and 31.07.2012. Any cancellations after 31.07.2012 will NOT be refunded.

 

Registration fee (SPPS member/non-member):

single room – 480€/580€

without accommodation – 225€/325€

Registration for the conference is by ONLINE REGISTRATION.

During the registration process, you will create a personal account, which can be used to edit your information later, if needed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after registering. Abstract can be uploaded later, until 31st of May 2012. Payment for the conference must be done within 2 weeks after your online registration, otherwise your registration will not be valid. Payment can be made via bank transfer (see below for details).

Abstracts

Abstracts for poster or oral presentations should be submitted online by 31st of May 2012. Abstracts must be submitted in English and should be maximum 2000 characters (with spaces). Abstracts must include following sections:

  • Title
  • Author(s) (underline the presenting author, last name in CAPITALS)
  • Institution
  • Abstract text
  • References

Oral presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts. There will be prizes for the best poster and oral presentations.
